Garut Arabica coffee is grown at elevations of 1,300–2,000 meters above sea level in the volcanic highlands of West Java, influenced by Mount Papandayan, Mount Guntur, and Mount Cikuray. Fertile volcanic soil, cool climate, and traditional smallholder farming contribute to the production of high-quality specialty coffee.
Garut coffee is known for its bright yet balanced acidity, medium to full body, and clean cup profile. Typical flavor notes include brown sugar sweetness, citrus, tropical fruits, caramel, and floral aromas, often accompanied by hints of chocolate and spices with a long, pleasant finish. Coffee Farmers Within Our Ecosystem

We have built a coffee farming ecosystem consisting of more than 1,500 farmers. Our farmers actively contribute to forest and environmental conservation, as demonstrated by their Rainforest and Organic certifications.

In addition, we ensure fair benefits for our farmers through a certified Fair Trade program.

We collaborate with various coffee farmer groups in Indonesia to ensure the well-being of the farmers and to make sure their cultivation and harvesting methods comply with the standards we have established. One of our main partners is KOPKA (Arabica Coffee Cooperative in Aceh). This cooperative has successfully obtained the following certifications:
