OUR OPERATING MODEL

A system designed for transparency at origin and reliability at destination. We operate through an integrated structure:

At Origin :

Farmers are not suppliers — they are partners.
Through contract farming and continuous engagement, we ensure quality begins at the source.

At Coordination Level :

PT Indonusa aligns sourcing, quality expectations, and buyer requirements ensuring that what is promised is what is delivered.

At Export Execution :

We work through a strategic joint operation with an experienced exporter, ensuring:

Why this matters :

Because buyers do not only need good coffee. They need a system they can rely on.

COFFEE PROCESS

Harvest The Ripe Cherries

Why “ripe cherries” matter?
Ripe coffee cherries are bright to deep red in color
At this stage, sugar content is at its peak → delivering sweeter, more complex, and well-balanced flavors
Unripe cherries → sour, grassy notes Overripe cherries → risk of over-fermentation and defects

Sort and Remove Floaters

To maintain quality, harvested coffee cherries must be delivered to the processing area without delay. Next, they are sorted to remove damaged, unripe, or fermented cherries. By immersing the cherries in water, the firm cherries sink and the defective ones float.

Pulp The Cerry Skin

Pulping the cherry skin coffee is the process of peeling the outer skin (skin) and flesh (pulp) from coffee cherries using a pulper machine, so that the coffee beans are still covered in mucilage.
